Salsa Beginner / LEVEL 2

Level 2 is for Beginner to Intermediate dancers.

Must have completed at least two cycles of Level 1 and/or have a strong foundation of the Beginner Fundamentals in Salsa On2 style, known as NY Style, before taking Level 2.

We will dive deeper into the creativity of the turns and you must have a strong foundation of the beginner fundamentals before taking this course.


In this 4-week cycle after learning your individual fundamentals, you will learn how to incorporate them into your Partnerwork fundamentals with the goal of making you a better leader, follower, and social dancer..

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring a partner?

You do not need to bring a partner. You will partner up during class and we rotate partners often.

Do I need special shoes?

Beginners can start with street shoes or dress shoes that have ankle-straps (support) with medium-height heels or any flat-bottom shoes or regular dancing shoes. Avoid wearing shoes that have thick rubber soles such as sneakers, clogs, boots or flip-flops.

I can't make it to my class, can I switch days?

Yes - Wednesdays and Saturdays teach the same content within the same week. If you need to swap a class - please message us and let us know to update your reservation.

Can I use my purchased package next cycle?

All sales are non-refundable. You must complete use all 4 classes in the current cycle. It cannot be used or extended for future workshops/cycles. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
